PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an equally watering device and method for root areas in the ground, capable of equally supplying water by a watering means, to all the root areas of crops ranging on the lower side of branches. SOLUTION: This equally watering device for root areas in the ground includes a main pipe to which water in a water tank is supplied with a pump, a branch pipe which is connected to the main pipe, and a narrow pipe which connects an interval between each of the branch pipes and a watering means buried in a root area of crops. Furthermore, the device has a decompression bulb which is connected to a plurality of the watering means in which entrances are connected to the narrow pipes, and a plurality of exits are buried at an equal interval around the root area in the ground through distributed narrow pipes.
