PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inline pump suitable for miniaturization without causing liquid leakage, in a pump for transferring fluid.
SOLUTION: In the inline pump 1 in this embodiment, a rotary shaft 21 of a rotary body 21 of a motor part 1A being a magnet pump is coaxially directly coupled with a shaft of a driving screw 25 of a pump part 1B being a screw pump. A driven screw 26 is arranged in parallel around the driving screw 25 so that threads mesh with each other. Projecting driving force transmitting curved surfaces (involute parts 25b and 26a) for transmitting torque to the driven screw 26 from the driving screw 25 by contacting with each other, are respectively formed on one side surface of the thread of the driving screw 25 and one side surface of the thread of the driven screw 26.
