PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and system for preventing mixing of materials, in which, in a process of producing a crash pad through the simultaneous injection of two types of resin, the penetration of one type of resin into a region filled with the other type of resin is effectively prevented.
SOLUTION: The method for preventing mixing of materials in the process of producing the crash pad 10 comprises integrally forming a PAB door region 20 portion of a second material of high softness and portions other than the PAB door region 20 of a first material of high rigidity by a two-shot molding method, wherein a flow retarding dam 55 is formed on an injection die 50 to decrease the thickness of the crash pad 10 at a portion where a mixing phenomenon of the first material and second material occurs, outside of the PAB door region 20, thus retarding the flow of the first material and promoting the solidification of the first material and second material.
