PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conveyed article sorting device capable of assembling an inclination operation mechanism even in a small space by miniaturizing a drive source of the inclination operation mechanism of a tray.
SOLUTION: The conveyed article sorting device 1 comprises a truck 2 inclinably provided with the tray 7; and a tray inclination operation mechanism 15 installed at a side of a traveling road of the truck 2. The inclination operation mechanism 15 is constituted by a swing lever 20 having a spur gear 18 supported on a base substrate 16 at one end and having a roller 19 at the other end; and a linear motion actuator 22 having a rack gear 21 engaged with the spur gear 18. The linear motion actuator 22 is horizontally moved by interaction of a vertical magnetic field by permanent magnets 25, 26 and a current flowing in an air-core coil 28. The roller 19 of the swing lever standing by rotation of the spur gear engaged with the rack gear 21 is abutted on a cam member 10 provided at a side below the tray by the horizontal movement, thereby, the tray 7 is inclined accompanying with traveling of the truck 2.
