【解決手段】ロングチャープと送信中受信の技術を用いたモノスタティックソーダシステムは、一致した主ローブ（Ｔｗｍ，Ｒｗｍ；Ｔｖｍ，Ｒｖｍ；Ｔｅｒｎ，Ｒｅｍ）を有する送信機−受信機対（Ｔｗ，Ｒｗ；Ｔｖ，Ｒｖ；Ｔｅ，Ｒｅ）を採用している。 このシステムは、デジタル時間領域整合フィルタと周波数変調又はデジタル変調（例えば、ＢＰＳＫ）チャープを使用する。 デジタル周波数領域整合フィルタリングも使用できる。 整合フィルタは、チャープが大気に送信された後で大気から戻ってきたエコー信号の位相と振幅を表すサンプルストリームを発生する。
