Display has a reduced Moire interference. The display has a front having a posterior surface having a regular array of pixels, a regular array of cells. Rear and front are laminated together. The width of the distribution of the openings over on the display (total inner cell area of the upper active pixel area divided by the total pixel area) is reduced. In order to control the distribution, sinusoidal walls are curved or other curved pixel edges can be used in front or rear face.
