SOLUTION: This torque wrench is furnished with a fastening part 10 of a ratchet, etc., housing 20 having a front side cover part 21 and a rear side grip part 22, a shaft type distorting body stored in the housing 20 and to connect the fastening part 10 to its head end part free to replace, a first distortion sensor and a second distortion sensor arranged on the distorting body separated from each other in the axial direction to measure fastening torque T, a setting part 70 to set a fastening torque setting value, etc., a chip microcomputer having a function to compute the fastening torque T while correcting an error following variation of a power point position in accordance with detection results of the first distortion sensor and the second distortion sensor and an output part 300 to output the fastening torque T, etc.
