PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To utilize the resistor of an ITO trace on a glass as an indispensable part in the termination resistor of a differential interface. SOLUTION: An apparatus includes a substrate equipped with an interface electrode, and integral differential-signal receiving circuits mutually connected through a plurality of conductors. A compensation is conducted to the difference between the resistors of the surface conductor, in a calibration system for calibrating the behavior of the integral differential-signal receiving circuit mounted on the substrate and connected to the terminal-mounted interface electrode through a surface conductor.
