PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing system capable of generating a more natural magnified image even in an area where characteristics are not clear such as an edge part by adding a signal of a high frequency to the magnified image. SOLUTION: An image pixel corresponding means of the image processing system associates the pixel value of ambient pixels located around a target pixel with a partial pixel obtained by dividing the target pixel, a pixel value setting means sets a pixel value of the target pixel after magnification processing in accordance with the pixel value of the partial pixel associated by the pixel corresponding means and the scale factor of the magnification processing, and a pixel value converting means converts the pixel value set by the pixel value setting means in accordance with the pixel value of the ambient pixels after the magnification processing.
