PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing magnetic oxide nanoparticle and manufacturing apparatus of magnetic oxide nanoparticle, which is excellent in recovery efficiency, and manufactures easily good magnetic oxide nanoparticle the granularity of which is uniform.
SOLUTION: To a precursor solution 11 containing metal complex or metal salt housed in a reaction container 12, an ultraviolet laser light of the wavelength less than 400 nm is irradiated by an ultraviolet light generating apparatus 13 to deposit magnetic oxide nanoparticle. The precursor solution 11 is preferable to contain iron complex or iron salt.
