PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydrogen peroxide steam sterilizing method and a device of a medical instrument and a similar device, using hydrogen peroxide steam discharged from an inorganic hydrogen peroxide complex. SOLUTION: The hydrogen peroxide steam can be discharged at the room temperature under atmospheric pressure. However, for easily discharging the hydrogen peroxide steam, its pressure can be set less than 50 torr, and the temperature can be set to the higher temperature than 86.
