SOLUTION: A hot air duct 4 and a cold air duct 7 are communicated via an inside space of a car body side surface part 6 formed as a double structure. This can eliminate the uncomfortable radiation such as cold air and hot air to an occupant staying on a window side seat by the thermal insulation effect, and also blows off air-conditioning air properly heated by its heating from the cold air duct 7, while properly heating the car body side surface part 6 via the inside space of the car body side surface part 6 by a part of hot air blowing off from the hot air duct 4 in heating. The air-conditioning air properly heated by its cooling is blown off from the hot air duct 4, while properly cooling the car body side surface part 6 via the inside space of the car body side surface part 6 by a part of cold air blowing off from the cold air duct 7 to the contrary in cooling. Thus, the car body side surface part 6 can realize head-cold/leg-hot whole air-conditioning, while being set at the surface temperature along an air-conditioning state, and the inside of the cabin, particularly, the window side can be put in the comfortable cooling-heating state.
