PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an axial air-gap type motor having an eccentricity permissible structure.
SOLUTION: The axial air-gap type motor is provided with a case 5 incorporating a rotor and a stator, and fixing the stator in its inside; a bearing 13 for permitting sliding of the case for the rotor in a direction perpendicular to the center line of the case between the case and the rotor, and enabling the rotation around the rotary axis of the rotor; a biasing means 18 for biasing the case so that the center line of the rotor may be the same as the center line of the stator; and a means for prohibiting relative rotation of the case against a fixed object and permitting the sliding in a direction perpendicular to the center line of the case.
