Recording method of the present invention, at least steps of receiving a write command that specifies the logical sector in which data is written, corresponding to a physical sector if the unrecorded logical sector specified by the write instruction corresponds to a recorded physical sector determining whether it has to (S1111), writes the data into the unrecorded physical sector if the logical sector specified by the write instruction is determined to correspond to an unrecorded physical sector step (S 1112) and writes the data into the unrecorded physical sector other than the recorded physical sector if the logical sector specified by the write instruction is determined to correspond to the recorded physical sector step (S 1113), recorded generating a remapping table including remapping information which remaps an original address of the physical sector to the remapping address of the selected physical sector, comprising the step (S 1114) to write the remapping table to write-once disc.
