PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooker reducing the lowering of a cooking performance of cooking objects by preventing ignition of oil in a cooking chamber. SOLUTION: This cooker is provided with a grill 6 for mounting the cooking objects 3, a tray 7 storing the grill 6, the cooking chamber 2 storing the grill 6, the tray 7 and the cooking objects 3, a heating means 4 at least heating the cooking objects 3 from the lower part, and a control means 14 controlling the temperature of the heating means 4 to be a heating means prescribed temperature or less. Even if oil flowing from the cooking objects 3 drops onto the heating means 4, the temperature of the heating means 4 is controlled to a temperature preventing the ignition.
