PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce co-channel interference, in a satellite communication system which each of a plurality of cell clusters, each including at least one cell, includes at least one satellite transmitter for transmitting TDMA signal. SOLUTION: The method includes a step for transmitting time slot of TDMA signal in a first cell cluster at first selected time by a satellite transmitter, and a step for transmitting the same time slot of TDMA signal in a second cell cluster at second selected time by the satellite transmitter. The second selected time is delayed with the selected amount of delay from the first selected time.
