PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a loading capacity estimation program and a vehicle status analysis device, which estimate a loading capacity of a vehicle and, make use of this estimation, and thereby provides driving guidance or the like appropriately. SOLUTION: The vehicle status analysis device 100 comprises: a vehicle status acquiring part 141 for acquiring a vehicle operation status data and a running status data at a predetermined time point; and a loading capacity estimation part 143 for calculating a coefficient showing the relationship between the operation status and the running status from the operation status data and the running status data acquired by the vehicle status acquiring part 141, collating the coefficient showing the relationship between the operation status and the running status with the information calculated beforehand by loading capacity, and thereby estimating the loading capacity of the vehicle at the time point.
