PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rodlike lead for walking a pet dog solving the problem that, a conventional such kind of lead, because of being in the form of rope, is often entangled on the neck and/or limbs of a pet dog, therefore an action for correction is essential. SOLUTION: The rodlike lead for walking a pet dog has the following construction: A rodlike lead is furnished with a handle/elbow-fixing part, and the tip of the rodlike lead is attached with a fitment for fastening a harness for the pet dog thereon.
