PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oily composition for cleansing, having good stability at low temperature, sufficiently cleansing the face refreshingly by one-time washing while having sufficient detergency, and leaving moist feeling.
SOLUTION: The oily composition for the cleansing contains 50-96.9 wt.% of liquid oil (A), 3-49.9 wt.% of an ether-carboxylic acid type anionic surfactant (B) represented by general formula (1): R
