PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ventilation structure which is simple and has the less number of components. SOLUTION: The ventilation structure 200 includes a case 15 and a ventilating member 21 fixed on an open mouth part 31 of the case 15. The case 15 is composed of an case upper part 11 and a case lower part 13. The open mouth part 31 is formed on the case upper part 11 and a screw hole part 33 is formed on the case lower part 13. Both of the open mouth part 31 and the screw hole part 33 are composed as a female screw part of which the internal circumferential face has a thread. The ventilating member 21 is fixed on the case upper part 11 and the case lower part 13 so that a leg part 24 can stay between the open mouth part 31 and the screw hole part 33 and plays a role as a screw connecting both parts.
