PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an asphalt emulsion providing cement asphalt grout mortar which is excellent in ability for retaining fluidity and can cope with an environmental change at a high temperature, particularly in the summer; and an emulsifier therefor.
SOLUTION: This emulsifier for an asphalt emulsion for cement asphalt grout mortar comprises: a polyoxyalkylenealkylether-based nonionic emulsifier (1) having an ethylene oxide average additional mole number of 30 to less than 150; and a polyoxyalkylenealkylether-based nonionic emulsifier (2) having an ethylene oxide average additional mole number of 150 to 500.
