PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To combine the improvement of fixing strength of a ceramic tube 14 with the maintenance of its thermal shock resistance even in the case where the tube is subjected to a repetition of sudden temperature change. SOLUTION: A plurality of fire-resistant plates 11 and 12 are provided to the inside of a unit vessel. A plurality of long ceramic tubes 14 are attached between the fire-resistant plates 11 and 12. One end 14a of the ceramic tube 14 on a taphole 9 side is fixed with refractory cement 22 to the fire-resistant plate 12, and the other end 14b of the ceramic tube 14 is attached with fiber mortar 21 to the fire-resistant plate 11.
