PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and an apparatus for controlling a position of a web and a corrugated cardboard with an unprocessed deckle edge for improving manufacturing precision since waste paper is not optimally used because of an imprecise manufacturing process.
SOLUTION: A method and an apparatus are provided for preferably controlling a position of one or more webs, particularly a web in paper or paperboard form used in manufacturing a corrugated cardboard and a corrugated cardboard with an unprocessed deckle edge, wherein in order to control the position of the web by a position operating device, position information detected downstream by a position detection means is used.
