PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for stably applying ultrasonic vibration to an object at a low load to improve the physical properties of the obtained formed article and the dispersibility of a filler. SOLUTION: Ultrasonic vibration is applied to a molten resin material by an ultrasonic vibration applicator 30 attached to a forming machine 10. The load on an ultrasonic oscillator is lowered and the void content in the formed article is decreased by controlling the pressure P and the melt viscosity η of the resin material at the application of ultrasonic vibration.
