PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connection arranging structure which can support high load and is functionally reliable when making knot connection of two segments of a bed. SOLUTION: The connection arranging structure comprises connecting two segments of the bed for patient. Two connection parts (36, 38) which are respectively connected to one of bed segments and can be rotated in relation to the other around a common connection shaft (64) by a shaft journal (46) are provided. The connection parts (36, 38) respectively have block faces (60) intended to support each other on at least one of faces mutually opposing in the shaft direction. The connection parts (36, 38) can be stretched in relation to the other in the shaft direction by tension mechanisms (46, 54, 50).
