PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet-like composition which can efficiently and continuously ooze out a liquid containing water, a humectant, a skin-beautifying ingredient, and the like from a gel in a short time.
SOLUTION: This sheet-like composition comprises a gel comprising at least (A) a poly(meth)acrylate, (B) water, (C) a cross-linking agent, and further (D) one or more solvent-oozing agents selected from (D1) polypropylene glycol having an average mol.wt. of 190 to 425, (D2) a water-soluble polymer having a molecular structure obtained by adding one or more moles of ethylene oxide to polypropylene glycol having an average mol.wt. of ≥190, and (D3) a water-soluble polymer having a molecular structure obtained by adding three or more moles of propylene oxide to a polyhydric alcohol, a sugar alcohol or a saccharide having three or more hydroxyl groups in the molecule.
