PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obviate disadvantages of the prior art and enhance LED bulbs. SOLUTION: The light emitting diode bulb has a base, a printed circuit board contained within the base, a plurality of electrical connectors and a light emitting diode. Each of the electrical connectors has a first end mounted upon the printed circuit board and a second end extending away from the base in a direction normal thereto. Each of the electrical connectors comprises at least a first electrically conductive plate, a contiguous insulator and a second electrically conductive plate. The light emitting diode is electrically connected between at least the first electrically conductive plate and the second electrically conductive plate adjacent the second end on each of the plurality of electrical connectors.
