PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insole for footwear which promotes health by enabling an insole laid on the inner bottom of a footwear to make pressing stimulation and magnetic beams synergize positions properly corresponding to the distribution of acupoints at the sole which differ depending on the user of the footwear.
SOLUTION: This insole is composed of a rear insole 1a spread on the inner bottom of the footwear and an upper insole 1b pasted onto the upper surface of the rear insole 1a. The upper inner sole 1b is composed of: nonmagnetic rims mounted respectively to the periphery of a plurality of insertion holes 2 obtained by fixing main acupoints at the sole surface as basic distribution and boring the insertion holes 2 corresponding to the basic distribution; disk-like magnetic adsorption plates arranged on the rear surface of the upper insole 1b corresponding to the rims 4 and having a larger diameter than the inner diameter of the rims 4; and permanent magnet small balls MB which are adsorbed detachably to the upper surfaces of the magnetic adsorption plates and housed in the respective rims 4 in the state of projecting from the upper surface of the upper insole 1b.
