PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device of an automatic transmission for a vehicle capable of reducing the number of components and costs though it is equipped with a function of an electric power braking device. SOLUTION: This control device switches and controls a shift range of the automatic transmission 5 by driving an electric motor 3 by an electric signal based on a selected range of a shift lever device 1 selecting shifting ranges.
