The irradiation units are provided with: light condensing function parts 17, 17, ..., 32, 32, ... having condensing lenses 20, 20, ..., 34, 34, ... for condensing light emitted from the light emitting diodes; and diffusion function parts 19, 19, ..., 33, 33, ... having diffusion reflectors 22, 22, ..., 36, 36, ... for reflecting and diffusing light emitted from the light emitting diodes.
