The present invention provides a fluid pump comprising a housing forming a cavity. It said cavity comprises at least one pair of coils for generating at least one fluid inlet and outlet, and a magnetic field. The cavity in use, the impeller (3), which includes a main body, a number of wings (4A, 4B) which is located on the body in order to urge the fluid from the inlet to the outlet and a number of driver magnet (9) located within. In use, the impeller is suspended in the cavity by the binding of the axial direction, it is rotated by the magnetic field in which the coil is generated.
