The present invention provides a method of improving both the efficiency of production of transgenic cells and / or animals as a continuous nuclear transfer and their results. This novel method, by the use of at least second round of nuclear transfer, so as to produce a more useful transgenic embryos more efficiently, to allow the donor cells to modify the re-programming. Since reprogramming of the resulting embryos is enhanced, the present invention can produce a healthier transgenic animals.
