PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surgical inlet incorporated with a new holding mechanism resisting against shifting of an inlet for use in high-pressure environment and backward pushing from the inlet.
SOLUTION: This surgical inlet device for injecting a surgical object into tissue includes an inlet member and at least one projecting part 110, wherein the inlet member defines the longitudinal axis, and includes an outer wall 106 having a leading end and a trailing end, and defining the longitudinal opening part having dimensions to accept the surgical object. At least one projecting part is disposed on the outer wall of the inlet member, and extended at least in the radial direction to the longitudinal axis, and formed with dimensions to engage with tissue resisting against the movement in the tissue of the inlet member, and defines a recessed part of dimensions to accept the tissue part adjacent to the projecting part.
