PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lightweight laminate which can overcome factual restraint that knitting must be used on the filling treatment side, can simultaneously facilitate the filling treatment, and does not spoil its appearance and touch when the laminate is processed into a fiber product by sewing, fusion, or the like. SOLUTION: In the laminate 1, a fabric is laminated in a flexible film 3. The fabric is laminated on the side to which the filling treatment is applied when the laminate 1 is processed into the fiber product. The total (CF total ) of cover factors calculated for the warp and weft which constitute the fabric is 700-1,400. The total of the cover factors is expressed by the formula: CF total =CF m +CF t CF m (wherein CF m is the cover factor of the warp; and CF t is the cover factor of the weft).
