PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for the one-step production of a molded polyurethane foam having a skin and a high density part exclusively at a part necessitating the skin, etc., and enabling arbitrary change of the ratio of the skin and a high-density part to the foamed layer core.
SOLUTION: A molded polyurethane foam is produced by using a molding machine enabling separate charge of a polyisocyanate component and two kinds of polyol components. A polyurethane mixture (II) composed of a polyisocyanate component (a-2) containing a foaming agent and a polyol component (b-2) is poured into a mold after finishing the pouring of a polyurethane mixture (I) composed of a polyisocyanate component (a-1) free from foaming agent and a polyol component (b-1) into the mold.
