PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hair-growing and beautifying agent having better effects from plant galenicals on the basis of Yin, Yang and five elements combination theory of traditional Chinese medical science, bowel dialectic order, traditional Chinese medical science, or the like, because the effects of conventional hair-restoring and growing agents, hair cosmetics using galenicals have been insufficient.
SOLUTION: Bark of Morus bombycis, Polygonum multiflorum Thunb., Rehmannia glutinosa, whole grass of Eclipta prostrata, mulberry, Ligustrum japonicum Thunb., Sesamum indicum, black soybean, Ligusticum acutilobum, root of Glycyrrhiza glabra among plant galenicals are compounded as the active ingredients of plant galenicals related to hepatic system, renal system, or pulmonary system on the basis of Yin, Yang and five elements combination theory of traditional Chinese medical science, bowel dialectic order, traditional Chinese medical science, or the like, to promote the productive activation of human hair follicle cells. Thus, excellent hair-beautifying effects are obtained by an early hair falling-preventing effect and a hair growth-promoting effect.
