SOLUTION: This portable restricting net spreading device is characterized having a restricting net for restricting the human body, a plurality of weights arranged at a predetermined interval on the peripheral edge of the restricting net, a vessel forming a jetting port for jetting the weights at a predetermined angle and having a weight storage part for storing the weights and a restricting net storage part for storing the restricting net, an operation part having a jetting circuit and a jetting power source connected to the vessel, and a jetting means having a pyrotechnic igniter for generating gas pressure by combustion of a combustible substance and jetting the weights by the gas pressure of the pyrotechnic igniter.
