SOLUTION: This authenticity management system is constructed of a description information storage part 110 receiving description information on a print medium 10 from a client device 200 for generating a hash value and storing a management record in a management database 125, an image data storage part 111 receiving image data on the print media 10 from the client device 200 and generating a hash value based on the description information extracted from the image data and storing an image record in an image database 126, a correction execution part 112 receiving correction information from the client device 200 and storing a correction record in the management database 125, a record specification part 113 specifying a management record and the like in the management database 125 by receiving authenticity check request from the client device 200, and a record output part 114 listing the specified management record and the like in order of the latest time stamp for outputting them to the client device 200.
