The magnetic fluid to remove the isothermal magnetization and magnetic field, thereby to produce a temperature drop in the fluid by the magnetocaloric effect, provides a method and apparatus for generating an outside air temperature of less than artificial heat absorbing body of the ultra-low temperature condenser. Fluid by removing the magnetic field after flowing into the bore of the solenoid, the temperature drop is achieved, thereby the fluid to be able to absorb the heat in the cryogenic condenser.
