PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an activation apparatus for the purpose of efficiently activating matter by a simple device requiring no new energy source and easily attached without obstructing the operation of each system, for example, to improve a fuel cost in fuel, to make it easy to absorb water by the body without polluting a water pipe, to prevent oxidation in oil, to lower the viscosity of blood to improve blood circulation and to achieve negative ionization in air.
