PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a felt having much excellent moisture absorptive/releasing property. SOLUTION: The felt is obtained by integrating pads composed mainly of cellulose rayon fiber made from bamboo, especially viscose rayon fiber, wherein, if necessary, one or more fibers selected from polyamide, polyester, polyacrylonitrile, polyimide, polytetrafluoroethylene, glass, wool, cotton, hemp and rayon are mixed with the cellulose rayon fiber made from bamboo.
