PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a purifying apparatus of a rolling oil that prevents the foreign substances separated from a rolling oil from cloggings in a centrifugal separator even if the foreign substances in the rolling oil are removed by only one centrifugal separator and that is capable of reducing the installation cost, and to provide a discharging method of foreign substances.
SOLUTION: The purifying apparatus 1 of the rolling oil is provided with a foreign substance separation part 1a to separate the foreign substances from the rolling oil and a chamber 1b to store the foreign substances separated from the rolling oil, which is installed at the lower part of the foreign substance separation part 1a. The apparatus is further provided with a heating means 21 to heat the whole of the chamber part 1b, a discharging means 20 to discharge the foreign substances from the chamber part 1b and a steam blowing means 22 to blow steam into the chamber part 1b.
