PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carbide panel body capable of favorably vegetating plants, which is excellent in water holding property, fertilizer retaining ability and drainage property, and which does not need mixing of a neutralizing material because cement causing alkalization is not used.
SOLUTION: The panel body 1 is disposed at a prescribed part, and is composed of a carbide 6, an inorganic-based neutral solidifying material 4 and water. In the panel body 1, the carbide 6 is bonded by the inorganic-based neutral solidifying material 4. Thereby, the panel body is made porous.
