PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-layered container which retains excellent processability and mechanical strength without allowing odor constituents to migrate from and to the outside and inside, the odor constituents accompanying the oxidative reaction of oxidizing organic constituents, while being capable of retaining excellent gas-barrier properties even under wet-heated conditions and being excellent in flavor-retaining capabilities. SOLUTION: The multi-layered container under this invention includes a styrene-diene copolymer and/or hydrogenated styrene-diene copolymer (A), a plastic resin (B) containing an ethylene structure for its molecular structure, and a transition metal catalyst (C), and comprises a first intermediate layer composed of oxygen absorbing resin composition that absorbs oxygen by the development of oxidization of the resin (B) triggered by the copolymer (A), a second intermediate layer having both an odor-barrier property and oxygen-barrier property located outside the first intermediate layer, and a third intermediate layer having both an odor-barrier property and oxygen-barrier property containing porous silica located inside the first intermediate layer.
