PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To jet water for use not by using power energy but by preserving and generating energy by an expansible tank and weight (gravity) as the source of power for operating a reservoir tank, in jetting out water-for-use (in place of weight, spring force, rubber force, compressed gas pressure, or magnetic force (in vertical, lateral, or three-dimensional directions)).
SOLUTION: A water flow pipe 3 is connected in communication, from the lower part of the flexible reservoir tank 1 having an enclosed bellows structure, to an inlet port 4, while a weight 5 is set so that the inlet port becomes the head of water, and when the liquid is used, the water (liquid) is jetted out for use from a faucet 9 by means of the pressure developed by the height difference from the inlet port 4. Furthermore, an expansion limit is set by a limit expansion suspension washer 6 to limit the maximum volume of the tank and, by means of a selectable movable pin 7, the tank's shrinking position is limited, thereby regulating the amount of water that can be used from the faucet 9. A periphery protective tank 8 fixes the outer configuration, and being necessarily larger than the tank 1, it protects all of the liquid even when the tank 1 suffers breakage.
