PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a user interface for a telephone handset that can be operated by users by one hand. SOLUTION: The telephone handset has a front plane including a display and a key pad. The key pad has a key group and a key for moving a cursor on the display. A navigation key placed between the display and the key group of alphanumeric character keys of the telephone front includes a roller body extending through the opening of the telephone front.
