PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide components of a liquid bleaching agent composition imparted consistency. SOLUTION: The components of a liquid breaching agent composition include (1) and (2). (1) An amphiphilic copolymer containing structural units derived from (a), (b) and, if necessary, (c), wherein (a) is an acryloyldimethyltaurine acid partially or wholly neutralized with a free, univalent or bivalent, inorganic or organic cation, (b) is at least one hydrophobic comonomer based on an ethylenic unsaturated polyalkylene alcoxylate, and (c) is a comonomer another than (a) and (b) and is at least monovinyl and unsaturated.
