PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data recording and display card excellent in embossing processability and display image erasing characteristics and easy to dispose. SOLUTION: The data recording and display card includes at least a core sheet and an over sheet both of which are laminated. The over sheet is constituted by laminating the core sheet and the over sheet. The over sheet is obtained by providing a reversible thermal recording layer, which contains an electron donating color forming compound and relatively forms a developed color state and an erased state by the difference between a heating temperature and a cooling speed, on a support containing at least an amorphous polyester resin and functions as an image display part. This data recording and display card satisfies a condition (A): [erasing upper limit temperature -30°C]>[temperature of storage elastic modulus E' (1.0E+08) of over sheet], a condition (B): surface undulation WCM is not more than 10 μm. and a condition (C): 1.0E+02Pa≤[storage elastic modulus E' at 180°C of over sheet]≤5.0E+07Pa.
