PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems in making financial information in the XBRL (extensible business report language) format that: (1) there is no product for supporting preparation of a taxonomy or instance document applicable to the Japanese language; (2) it takes a long time for mapping account contents to the taxonomy because the task has to be done manually; and (3) it takes a long time also for mapping in preparing instance documents as well. SOLUTION: A mapping and creating engine 102 with the processing flow automatically executes mapping and creating processes according to rules of a search DB 106 while referring to the account contents 101 of the inputted financial information, and outputs an XBRL document 103 as the result of the process. By utilizing the invention, a taxonomy or instance document can be prepared in a short period of time, and the efficiency of the taxonomy and instance preparation work is improved by an automatic learning rule of the rules for the mapping or document preparation.
