PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means which identify a terminal and audience using the terminal for each broadcasting browser, to associate personal information of the audience with the terminal or audience personal information for each broadcasting browser and to accumulate them. SOLUTION: When a communications and broadcasting fusion terminal 100 obtains a broadcasting application/broadcasting browser 1021, a communication server 300 creates ID information 1022 to uniquely identify a terminal which requests to obtain, downloads it to the communications and broadcasting fusion terminal 100 with the broadcasting application/broadcasting browser 1021. Besides, the communications and broadcasting fusion terminal 100, which downloads the broadcasting application/broadcasting browser 1021, secures an area for storing personal data 1023 inside a resource opened in a download application area 102, stores various personal information, which is generated during receiving the broadcasting service, in this area and manages it.
